Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping
We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Shipping times vary by destination but typically range between 2–7 business days.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are your responsibility as the customer.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Lost or Damaged Items
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected], including photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue—either through a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.

Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for shipping the item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
